These terms govern the use of the WayToChina website as well as the use of our support services, provided by WAY TO CHINA PRIVE SARL (“WayToChina”, “we”), a company registered in Morocco with its registered office at Avenue Tabrani, Quartier Al Wahda, Laâyoune 70000, Morocco. By using this site or engaging our services, you accept the conditions described below.
1. Our services
Way To China offers comprehensive support for students wishing to pursue their studies in China, including: initial consultation and guidance; preparation of the academic and administrative file; support with university and scholarship applications; assistance in obtaining a visa; flight booking and the organization of group departures; and support with arrival and settling in China.
The exact scope of your support is confirmed with you during the initial consultation, before any commitment.
2. How our support works
Our support follows a simple path:
- a free initial consultation, to understand your profile and objectives;
- building your file (academic and administrative documents);
- submitting your applications to universities and, where applicable, the corresponding scholarships;
- following up on your file until the decision of the universities and bodies concerned;
- if your file is accepted, support for the visa, travel, and your settling in China.
The timeframes for each step depend on the universities, scholarship committees, and consular authorities, and may vary from one file to another.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Way To China does everything possible to prepare the strongest file and maximize your chances of success. Admission, scholarship-award, and visa-issuance decisions, however, rest exclusively with the universities, scholarship committees, and the competent consular or immigration authorities.
As a result, Way To China does not guarantee any student admission to a university, the award of a scholarship, or the issuance of a visa. Our commitment concerns the quality and seriousness of the support provided, not the outcome of decisions that are beyond our control.
4. Fees and payment terms
The fees for our services are communicated and confirmed with you during the initial consultation, before any payment, and are set out in a written agreement specifying the services covered. Payment is generally made in several installments: a deposit at the start of the support, then the balance according to the schedule agreed with you.
University fees (tuition, accommodation, insurance, etc.), where they apply, are payable directly to the universities or bodies concerned and are not included in our support fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
The admission journey can evolve, and we apply a clear refund policy:
- The deposit paid at the start of the support covers work already undertaken from the first day (profile assessment, guidance, initial file preparation) and is therefore non-refundable once this work has begun.
- If, before any application is submitted, you decide to stop the support, the portion of the balance already paid but not yet used for work performed is refunded to you.
- If all the applications submitted on your behalf, on the list of universities agreed with you, are rejected, the applicable refund conditions are those specified in your service agreement signed at the start of the support.
- No refund is possible where the support has been successfully completed (admission obtained), where the interruption results from incomplete, inaccurate, or falsified documents provided by the student, or in the event of non-compliance with the deadlines communicated by our team.
- Fees already paid to third parties on your behalf (universities, scholarship bodies, carriers, visa providers) follow the refund policy specific to each of those third parties, and are not refundable by WayToChina.
The precise conditions applicable to your file are always confirmed to you before your first payment.
6. Your commitments
As a supported student, you undertake to: provide us with accurate, complete, and authentic information and documents; meet the deadlines communicated to you at each step; and inform us promptly of any change in circumstances that may affect your file.
Providing falsified documents or deliberately inaccurate information immediately ends our support, without refund, and may lead to the rejection of your file by the universities or authorities concerned.
7. Site content
The information published on this site (programs, partner universities, indicative fees, timeframes) is provided for information purposes and may change according to the actual conditions of universities and partners. It does not constitute a contractual commitment until it has been confirmed with you during your personalized support.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, logo, visuals, videos, layout) is the property of WAY TO CHINA PRIVE SARL or its partners, and may not be reproduced, copied, or reused without prior written authorization.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the proper performance of our support services, up to the fees received for the service concerned. Way To China cannot be held responsible for decisions made by universities, scholarship committees, consular authorities, airlines, or any other third party, nor for the consequences of a force-majeure event beyond its control.
10. Links to third-party sites
This site may contain links to partner, university, or third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites, which we invite you to consult directly for any official information concerning them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services. The most recent update appears at the top of this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Laâyoune.
