Privacy Policy

WAY TO CHINA PRIVE SARL (“WayToChina”, “we”) supports Moroccan and MENA-region students through the admission, scholarship, visa, and settling-in steps for their studies in China. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can stay in control of your data.

1. Who we are

WAY TO CHINA PRIVE SARL, a company registered in Morocco with its registered office at Avenue Tabrani, Quartier Al Wahda, Laâyoune 70000, Morocco, is responsible for the information collected through this site and our services.

2. The information we collect

When you contact us, request a free consultation, or begin working with us, we may collect:

• your name and contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email);
• your academic information (diplomas, transcripts, languages spoken, study plans);
• the documents required for your file (a copy of your ID card or passport, certificates, photos, and — depending on the requirements of the university or consulate — other items such as a medical certificate or a criminal record extract);
• your billing information, where this is needed to pay for our services.

We only collect the information genuinely necessary for the support you have requested.

3. Why we use your information

We use your information to: assess your profile and guide you toward suitable programs; prepare and submit your application and scholarship files; communicate on your behalf with universities, scholarship committees, and consular authorities regarding your file; keep you informed of its progress; and manage the billing of our services.

We never sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing and transfer of your data

In the normal course of our support, your documents are shared with the Chinese universities you apply to, the relevant scholarship committees, and the competent consular or immigration authorities where this is necessary for your visa file. This sharing is limited to what each step requires, and covers only the documents you have given us for that same purpose.

This type of support inherently involves some of your data being transferred outside Morocco — in particular to China — as this is a condition inherent to any admission, scholarship, or visa for studies abroad.

5. Data retention

We keep your file for the duration of our support, then for a reasonable period after our services end — for example if you contact us again for a visa renewal or a new study cycle — as well as to meet our accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your file at any time, subject to the documents we are required to keep for accounting or administrative reasons.

6. Security of your data

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure (restricted access within our team, secure storage). We recommend that you share sensitive documents only through our official contact channels.

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask us to: access the information we hold about you; correct it if it is inaccurate; object to a particular use of your data; or request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our Contact page or at Contact@waytochina.ma — we respond to every request within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies

Our site uses cookies essential to its proper functioning and, where applicable, audience-measurement cookies to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can manage or disable cookies at any time from your browser settings.

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or practices. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this page.

10. Contact us
